CycleEase respects your privacy. This version of the app does not require account registration and does not collect
your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive personal information.
If you grant Apple Health access, CycleEase reads your biological sex and menstrual flow records to support period
pain forecasts and preparation reminders.
When a personalized preparation plan is generated, CycleEase may send a limited summary of your forecast context to a
personalization service. This summary may include predicted pain level, days until the next predicted period, recent
cycle length, pain level, and intervention ratings. CycleEase does not send your name, phone number, email address,
precise location, contacts, photos, or account identifiers.

Data Collection
CycleEase does not require account registration.
CycleEase may use the following information to provide app functionality:

Biological sex from Apple Health, if you grant permission
•
Menstrual flow records from Apple Health, if you grant permission
•
Manually entered cycle records
•
Pain level
•
Intervention ratings, such as medication, heat, and movement effectiveness
•
App language setting
•
Reminder setup status
CycleEase does not collect:
•
Name
•
Phone number
•
Email address
•
Precise location
•
Contacts
•
Photos
•
Third-party login account information

Data Storage and Use
Most app data, including local progress, settings, and saved cycle records, is stored on your device.
CycleEase uses this information to:

Estimate period pain intensity
•
Generate preparation suggestions
•
Track which comfort steps worked for you
•
Display your local history
•
Add a preparation reminder to Apple Reminders if you choose to do so
•
Switch the app interface between English and Chinese
For personalized plan generation, a limited forecast summary may be sent to a personalization service. If the service
is unavailable, CycleEase uses on-device suggestions instead.
CycleEase does not use your information for advertising tracking.

Apple Health
CycleEase requests permission to read biological sex and menstrual flow records from Apple Health.
This Health information is used to decide whether cycle forecasting is applicable and to improve period pain
forecasts.
CycleEase does not write data to Apple Health.
You can manage or revoke Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

Apple Reminders
CycleEase may request access to Apple Reminders when you choose to add a preparation reminder.
The app creates one reminder before the predicted period start. CycleEase does not read unrelated reminders for
