TinyTaste AI respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Data Stored
TinyTaste AI stores food introduction records, symptom logs, baby birth date, optional baby nickname, family allergy history, notes, and generated suspected-allergen rankings locally on your device.
How Data Is Collected
Data is entered manually by the parent or caregiver inside the app. TinyTaste AI does not use Apple Health, location services, contacts, photos, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or account login services in this version.
How Data Is Used
The app uses records to calculate time-based associations between food introductions and later symptoms such as rash, diarrhea, and vomiting. The result is a suspected temporal association ranking to help parents organize observations for discussion with a pediatric clinician.
Third-Party AI Sharing
DeepSeek AI review is off by default. The app asks for permission before sending any records to DeepSeek.
If you enable DeepSeek AI review, TinyTaste AI sends limited timing fields to DeepSeek to generate an AI timing review. These fields may include baby age in months, family allergy history, food names, food categories, food introduction times, food amounts, symptom types, symptom times, and symptom severity.
TinyTaste AI does not send the baby nickname or free-text notes to DeepSeek. If DeepSeek AI review is off or unavailable, the app continues to provide on-device deterministic timing rankings.
